Some easy and quick-to-prepare healthy vegan recipes, no cooking, just assemble and enjoy:
🌯 1. Hummus & Vegetable Wrap
Tortilla or big lettuce leaf
Spread hummus (homemade or store-bought)
Add sliced or chopped tomatoes, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts
Optional: sprinkle chili flakes or black pepper
Optional: sprinkle chopped basil and/or cilantro
🌯 1. Tofu & Guac Wrap
Tortilla or big lettuce leaf
Spread guacamole
Add sliced or crumbled firm/silken tofu
Optional: sprinkle chili flakes or lime
🌯 2. Tofu Peanut Crunch Roll (Skip this recipe if you have nut allergies)
Tortilla or collard leaf
Spread peanut or almond butter
Add tofu strips
Toss in shredded carrot or cucumber sticks
Sprinkle crushed peanuts or almonds on top
🌯 3. Tofu Pesto Spinach Wrap
Tortilla or spinach wrap
Spread vegan pesto
Add tofu slices + handful of spinach
Optional: black or red pepper flakes
Roll tight
🌯 4. Tofu Olive Tapenade Wrap
Tortilla or romaine leaves
Spread olive tapenade or diced olives (green or black olives)
Add tofu cubes/slices
Optional: cherry tomato halves
🌯 5. Tofu Mustard Crunch Wrap
Tortilla, collard, or cabbage leaf
Spread Dijon or whole grain mustard
Add tofu slices
Add cucumber slices, pickles or sauerkraut
