SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 

1. General Policy Overview

 

Thank you for your purchase! We aim to make your experience with our digital and physical products (video subscriptions, books, challenges, and courses) as smooth as possible.

 

2. Digital Products (Subscriptions, VOD, E-Books, Challenges, and Pre-Recorded Courses)

 

 

Delivery:

 

  • Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your digital product unless it requires a password, in which case you will receive an email within 48 hours of purchase (e.g., login details for the video platform, course portal access, downloadable challenge materials, etc).

  • Access Duration: Access duration is as specified on the product page (e.g., monthly for subscriptions, fixed durations for certain courses, fixed duration for challenges).

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

 

  • General Rule: Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions (Courses/Challenges): We offer a 3-day Money-Back Guarantee for Courses and Challenges only, provided the user has not downloaded any materials, has not completed any of the course material and the course or challenge hasn't yet started. The refund period starts from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact form within the specified period.

  • Subscriptions (Video on Demand): Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for the current, partially used billing period regardless of usage.

  • You may exchange a damaged product for an undamaged product. Proof of damage (photograph) upon opening the package is required. Lay the product on the package and take the photograph.  Without this photograph, we cannot send the new product. Please contact us through the Contact form to begin this process. 

 

3. Physical Products (Books)

 

Shipping:

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days in the United States. Currently no orders outside the United States. If you would like to purchase a physical product outside the United States, please contact us through the Contact form and let us know where your shipping address will be and we will ascertain the delivery costs for you and/or get back to you if we can ship to you.

  • Shipping Methods: We use USPS.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Currently shipping in the U.S. only.

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Returns & Refunds (Books):

 

  • Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return a physical book for a refund. It must be received by us within 7 days.

  • Condition: The book must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused and undamaged. Please see above for Exchanges of damaged products.

  • How to Return:

    1. Email us through our Contact form with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

    3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
